I take this time to thank our over 2000 young and Teenage Mothers who decided to break the cycle of poverty and stigmatization by taking a Job Specific skills training in 2020.I know that it is not easy as a teenage or young mother to juggle the responsibilities of Parenting, growing up and making an economic sustainable activity.I am here to assure you of professional sup-port and economic empowerment. My journey working with Children,Young people and Families goes back to 25 years so I can assure you in The Deed Institute you are safe. I have worked with many mothers like you in the United Kingdom. I brought many children to my Home who were under immense stress and supported them through the Journey and some have amazing stories to tell. One of young person that I supported Is a Praise and Worship Leader in their local church. Another one works for the British army. We shaped this young people as the parents looked for solutions to many life challenges and today they are forever appreciative for the transformation in their lives.

• N- we put you into a NETWORK of mothers and Mentors who help you to stand on your feet.
• K- we facilitate KNOWLEDGE Sharing where many learn from each others experiences and build support groups to develop resilience.

Our LINKS program is the answer to issues of early pregnancy intervention and Economic empowerment for slum and rural communities. When the CEO of the Deed Institute invent-ed this program and appointed me to Direct it I knew that I have found an opportunity to fulfill my life dreams and use my many years of experience. As your Director I will ensure you that I have been given a sufficient bud-get to enable us to turn around the face of young mothers, The Stigma if Single motherhood ,abuse, Domestic violence and poverty that is associated to this social status.We assure you of clear direction, insight and capacity Building.
