Internships have started and are in high gear for the cycle 5 students, after 2 months of rigorous training, the students are now in their final sprint to get the necessary skills in their respective trades in the Job market.

“Internships are a necessary aspect of the Deed Institute job specific training which helps our trainees to hone their skills for the job market. ” Says Prof Njenga the C.E.O of Deed Institute “We also aim to be the institute of choice for school leavers and employers and to be current and strategic in enabling young people to access the labor market seamlessly by enhancing their skills and competencies”.

Its by this model that Deed Institute has been able to make partnerships with multiple govern-mental, non governmental and corporate organizations in the bid to support our trainees in their endeavor to search for skills. Deed Institute aims to offer the market a well developed labor force.
